Always being available
Many messages feel more urgent than they are. When do I want to reply right away, and when would I rather decide later?
An opening question for the group is which message could wait until tomorrow.
In my facilitated online group sessions for women, we talk about a shared topic. We might explore the pressure to be always available, family roles or our own needs. You choose when to listen and what you want to share.
Online in German · participation from abroad by arrangement

I open each session with a question. The answers show how differently women can experience the same everyday situation.

Perhaps you step in to mediate as soon as a disagreement looms in your family. How do you notice that you are slipping back into that role?
We can talk about what it feels like to pause and wait for a moment.
A break, an evening alone or help with a task. What do you need right now and how can you tell?
To start, each of us can think about how we notice when our day has become too full.
I introduce the topic and the first question. We agree to listen with respect and treat what people share as confidential.
I guide the conversation and make room for different voices. You can contribute or listen to what others have to say.
You can make a note of a phrase or question that stayed with you and that you would like to reflect on further.
When we talk about being available, you could share a small observation. Someone might recognise themselves in it. Or you might hear an entirely different experience that leaves you with a question of your own.
Decide what you want to share in a group“In the evening I read every message as soon as it arrives, even when it could wait until tomorrow.”
Ask about the next session if you’re interested in joining the conversation. I’ll tell you in advance what topic is planned, when and how long we’ll meet, and what the participation fee is.
We meet online in German. If you join from abroad, we’ll coordinate the time zone. After you confirm, you’ll receive the details for joining.
An enquiry is non-binding. This offer is for personal development and does not replace psychotherapy.
