How I work
My counselling starts with your individual life story and the questions that are on your mind today.
- Reflecting on your life story
- Exploring beliefs
- Family and relationship patterns
- Working with your resources
I choose the methods to suit you. Your story can unfold in its own way.
Counselling takes place online only.
Finding your way back to yourself
Together we decide on the order, focus and number of conversations based on what you need. We arrange further appointments individually.
- 01
Arriving and getting to know each other
In a free conversation of 20 minutes, we can see whether we connect and whether my approach fits what you need.
- 02
Understanding your own story
You choose which chapters of your life, experiences and family patterns you would like us to explore together.
- 03
Making connections
We look at beliefs, expectations, inner conflicts and your own needs.
- 04
Developing fresh perspectives
We explore self-awareness, self-worth, boundaries, your resources and new ways of responding.
- 05
Finding your footing on your own path
Apply what you have learnt in everyday life, notice your progress and keep making choices about your own path.
Space for what is on your mind.

Earlier experiences can stay with us for a long time. They shape how we experience relationships, treat ourselves, set boundaries and see our bodies.
Perhaps some situations keep coming back, or you would like to understand why you sometimes react differently from how you would like to.
I support women in making sense of their stories, recognising recurring patterns and finding fresh perspectives.
In a private, respectful setting, you can give a voice to things you may have had little space to talk about.
Your past does not define you. You can take time to understand how it has affected you.
Your first step
You can begin before you know exactly where your path will lead. We can look together at what matters to you today and at a first step you can choose for yourself.
In a free introductory conversation with no obligation, we can see whether my approach to counselling fits what you need.
