Online seminars for women Explore one topic. Take something with you.

Each of my online seminars for women focuses on one topic, such as boundaries, self-worth or the influence of family. I use examples from everyday life to explain how things fit together. A guided exercise helps you see what matters to you right now.

Possible seminar topics

Each seminar has its own focus. These examples show what we might explore together and what you can try afterwards.

Setting boundaries when you tend to say yes

We look at the moment between being asked and saying yes. What helps you take your time and needs into account?

You write two responses to a request that feels familiar. One gives you time to think, and the other makes clear what you are willing to take on.

Self-worth beyond achievement

A mistake can quickly feel like a judgment about you. We look at how noticing one thing can turn into a verdict on your whole worth.

Write down one specific situation in three lines. What happened? What am I telling myself about it? What would I say to a friend in the same situation?

Early responsibility and family roles

Perhaps you learnt early to mediate, plan ahead or anticipate other people's needs. We look at when that role still shows up today.

Pick one manageable task and sort out which part is yours, which you could share, and what someone else can decide.

How an online seminar works

  1. An introduction with everyday examples

I introduce the topic and use one situation to show how you might recognise the pattern in everyday life.

  2. Guided exercise

Reflect privately on a question or try a short writing exercise. You choose whether to share your thoughts with the group.

  3. Questions and next steps

We discuss questions about the topic. At the end, you pick an idea or a phrase you want to try.

A preview of the seminar on boundaries

Someone asks you to cover for them on Saturday. Your first reaction is “Sure”, even though you have yet to check your calendar. Imagine waiting until tomorrow to reply. What would you want to know before making up your mind?

“I’ll check and let you know tomorrow.”

Taking part

Send me an enquiry if a seminar topic interests you. I’ll get back to you with the possible topic, date, duration and participation fee. Take your time deciding whether to join.

We meet online in German. If you join from abroad, we’ll coordinate the time zone. After you confirm, you’ll receive the details for joining.

An enquiry is non-binding. This offer is for personal development and does not replace psychotherapy.

Frequently asked questions about taking part

Do I have to share anything personal in a seminar?

You can keep your reflections during the exercise private. If you ask a question, you can keep it general.

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

An interest in the topic is enough to get started. Keep paper or a notes app handy if you want to jot down your thoughts.

Can I enquire on behalf of an association or women’s network?

In the press section you’ll find the contact for organisers. Please let me know the audience, the topic you have in mind and the approximate timeframe for your online seminar.
